Becoming a great builder is something that doesn't happen overnight. It takes years of experience to fine tune skills that enable you to differentiate yourself from the pack.
Over the last few years builders have copped their fair wack for many of the issues in our industry, and at times rightly SO.
But it doesn't mean we are all bad. In fact I know many great builders doing many great things. But for someone looking to hire a builder, or a young kid aspiring to be one, what are the important traits to look for. What are the most important skills to have.
We personally think problem solving is one of the most important skills we have.
It's the thing we do more than anything else and if you're not a great problem solver you're going to struggle to build great homes. I would say 80% of our job is problem solving!
So use this information as you wish. We want to start changing the perception of what builders can do or be. We want to show you that not all builders are bad and going to rip you off, and that some can be genuine and caring. If you don't believe that is possible, just ask our clients.
Are you looking to build more than just a house, let's build your dream house together. If you want to know more about what we do, or why we do what we do, shoot us a DM and say hi.
